Do We Need an Internet Police?
If anyone knew how little resource was put into keeping users safe, then that would change the debate. It suits te firms very well to have this debate about ananymity, because it's seen. When when the headlines are just on the user, then the platform's a kind of getting away with not really addressing it. I think in the book, i do talk about as well, like we need an internet police? And that bit with laura bates, how the amount of abuse she got and nothing was done. So it's like a system that needs to change, not just individual use, as necessarily, but broadly. You seem quite optimistic about where the intene is
