When the autonomic nervous system stands for safety, it has a whole different set of things that it does. Some of which we might not even be conscious of. You're not going to know you don't get to know that you guessed you were in danger until after that decision was already made. Right. Most of which you are not conscious of. Four times a second. I mean, how conscious are you of guessing whether or not you're in danger? It's four times aSecond. That's right. And all of that is to increase safety because you've already scanned for danger. So it's scanned. I'm in danger. Now I'm going to increase my safety.
