In skeletal muscle, there are problems with the signaling pathway itself. This includes issues with activities of specific proteins called IRTK, RS1, PI3K, AKET, AKT. Those proteins can be slightly less functioning in certain people based on your genetics. A cluster of these genes that can affect those different proteins involved in insulin signaling can lead to a lower dose of poor lifestyle.
