Most people are societies designed for like a bunch of average people who get joy from their jobs as consultants or bankers. And then they also is like they just can't fit into the systems that exist right and so they bounce out into creating things and being entrepreneurs. The key is to find those people who have that aspect but then actually have strategies where they're not too crazy, he says.
