Python Distribution Models

A lot of the Python packaging problems that people keep hitting are actually these problems in the trench code. These are the same distribution problems that are showing up when they use the packaging tooling and that causes a lot of friction there as well. To be fair to the distributors, we like distributing Python as source code. The official release of CPython is a pile of source code that someone else should build and give to you because that's modeled on Linux.
