Jesus' Authority Is Questioned
Jesus was questioned about his authority by the chief priests and scribes in Jerusalem. He told them a parable of wicked tenants who killed their own son to gain inheritance. They tried to arrest him but feared the multitude, for they perceived that he had told the parable against them. The very stone which the builders rejected has become the corner stone - it is marvellous in our eyes.
