Am is studying work place mental health at the University of Tasmania. Is hoping to help develop a state-wide strategic approach in tasmania. Has been working with anne sekley and cos angelas, who are helping him get funding for his project. The study will look at psycho social risk assessmentn and am mitigation and management practices as well as workplace mental health.
