Are You Stressed With Too Many Things in Your Head?
If you have nine things in your head, you are most likely a lot. Anyone who's forgot something in your life ever, you will know that this is not a good place to be. Just write things down as it comes to your mind and see if you don't feel after this exercise better. You may feel a little bit stressed because you're too many things you've committed to, but that will vanish when you get things under control.
