Losing fat from your body is almost entirely a dietary issue. It has very little relationship to your exercise programme. Exercise doesn't burn anywhere near the moni coweries that people think. You've got to control what goes in and how you're eating, not put so much emphasis on how many cowries you're burning. In order to lose one pound of fat, you've got to create a calary deficit of 35 calories per day.
