Cocos is a library that abstracts these programing models away for you. You decide, i'm going to use open m p, and then cocoa skin use multiple programmy models in your writing code. It relies on passing in landas and functors and compile time things. And so it presents a common inter face so that you can write parallel loops,. parallel four loops, reductions, scans, parallel patterns, and also multidimential aray data structures.
