I explain that we're all human and because I'm a linguist, I focus in another languages. And so now we have a board that's full of all these different words and I'll start putting words around circles. If we've time, I might ask them come up to the board and circle the most important words for you. All these little things to try and build some relationships with them. But throughout the year, if there's some times when they're not meeting those expectations, quite simply, I just point at our constitution and the wall to the area that I don't think they're doing and I'll smile.
