When you surround yourself with team members who are in their sweet spot, magic happens. Not everybody at a business is a visionary. You need people that do the other work. So we architect and blueprint the business. Then that blueprint has to be built. And so we have to hand it off to people who can build the blueprint just like real estate where you would hand off the blueprint to a contractor or construction team who actually builds the infrastructure. Three very different types of people.
