I'm a huge fan of like buffers between meetings I've got time to eat have a walk around and do some breath work. We can either live in this perpetual state of frenzy and stress and that red that red quadrant where things do get done but at the expense of our health. It's quite a serious thing that we think we're kind of you know with ADHD if we just cram everything will be fine but you can't live like that it's just not.
