You can give iron IV iron for patients who are hemoglobin around seven symptomatic anemia as long as they're not like actively bleeding out you can actually give them iron. You might even be able to get by without a transfusion if it's been like a slow dropYeah I love it I mean uh you know I would of course make sure that they're not iron overloaded to begin with and don't want to give someone more iron if they've already have way too much but I like the concept of that a lot.
