ACE Inhibitors for STEMI Patients
For the vast majority of patients, it's probably totally fine to start with an oral beta blocker and titrate it up to target within 24 hours. They're really good for these patients as long as they're not dying and the kidneys are happy. The only ACE inhibitor people use is RamaPro, but just like Esmalol, if you're wrong, it'll come off quickly.
