"Once you have an idea you're excited about i would hire an assistant out of the gate and that's going to compound the progress you make," founder says. "If you don't have enough income to to afford kind of 10 20 30k a year on assistant then you're gonna have to wait until you raise some funding or have some revenue but for you know anyone with a higher paying job i would say hiring an assistant is totally feasible", he adds.
