There is something to be said about stopping your study when you want to keep going. When you're feeling really good about it, that's a good time to stop. If people studied 30 minutes a day for a whole week, versus eight hours in one day, that's definitely much more effective. You're spending less time, but you're spreading it out and you're learning more.
