i think baging is very serious about sustainable growth and about its impact on the environment. In europe and everywhere else, it's easier to be environmentally conscious when you're satisfied with growth. i would argue that that's really what's going to drive environmental concerns in china and in the us. And in the rest of the world, we'll resolve them. If savings exceed investment, china will be a net exporter of capital and will run a trade surplus.
