The Evolution of Parasites and Diseases

Lice vector diseases that I know of are are vectored by the body loss, not the head louse. Do we know why that is? No, and that's a that's a question that is not researched very well actually because the headlights they can harbor those parasites those pathogens as well. They apparently don't transmit. So that the reasons behind it is not it's not clear and is not researched enough actually to really rule out that they cannot transmit those diseases.
