Still, this isn’t about chasing leverage. It’s about stewardship. And for 99% of families, we’d guide them to simpler, more stable solutions. What Is Premium Financing Life Insurance? At its core, premium financing is when you use a third-party loan (usually from a bank) to pay the premiums on a permanent life insurance policy—typically a large whole life or indexed universal life (IUL) policy.
