A lot of the trump appointments actually are excellent, or might turn out to be excellent. I think there's a good chance rex tillerson turns out to be quite good. Education has possible upside, though think it will really change much. The strategy is we're going to appoint a bunch of people who are really just different and ta ed, but not political,. And we know 80 % of them will fail, but a bunch might do good things.
