The Future of American Single Family Housing Stock
I think the people have not taken into account what interest rates have done to a lot of these business models. They are going to blow, like you said, they didn't use 30 year mortgages. And so I'm not convinced personally that institutions are a major part of the future of American single family housing stock. So it's not as dire as the headlines make it sound.
