I think people get it after a while. They're like, wow, these people are very successful. They work hard and they like to party. Like they can. And so I think that part is there. But what I've tried to emphasize is that you've got a responsibility to the collective. So even if we're partying, even we're going on. If it's three o'clock in the morning and it's closing down and I'm the one that bought the last 15 shots and put them on the bar, it's still your responsibility to know at nine o'clock we have that call with the client. That's my responsibility. It's not the collective's responsibility
