Do I Need to Workout Every Day or Should I Work Out Every Day?
Mike tells us he's trying to space out the workouts so there is a recovery day in between weight training workouts but his problem is I prefer that tight feeling that I get after I complete weight training workout. Dan John: "I always liked something I learned from a Bulgarian coach when he corrected me and he said no no we don't lift to our max our lifetime max every day we lift to our training max every day"
