Is There a Difference Between Having Access to Something and Not Having It?

There's a difference between having access to something and nearly seeming to have access to it. One reason why we might not have access to something is that it doesn't exist. The fundamental thing about thinking is that, you know, you thought pertains to and is directed to this object. And if it doesn’t exist, then you have a false belief or, but the thing there I want to say is, look, if you're thinking about something that doesn't exist, that makes a difference in the way what you seem to yourself to be thinking out seems to show up for you.
