In one case, a former Genes distributor claims that he was unlawfully terminated from the company. Another plaintiff's alleged that Genes workers persuaded a man by the name of Richard Nido, over $7 million for mysterious and undefined cancer therapy that was worthless. And so, Genes sure seems to attract distributors willing to do some pretty unsavory, if not downright criminal acts, to make a couple bucks.
