Do You Have an Onboarding Map?

On boarding map is very simply, when the customer says yes, or you get the order, whatever that transaction looks like, what happens then? And you should have, i think, and of course, every business is different, but you should have a 60 to 90 day on boarding map. That's the time in the process where i think everybody's the most vulnerable.
