The Power of Categories in Video Commenting

The professor I worked with who wrote the book about how to be miserable did a tracking of seven or eight different kinds of comments that people were leaving on his video. The one that he remember in particular was this video describes my life exactly, which is like quite a crushing comment because it was that separated from any comment about positive action. This is also where everybody feels like, oh, I'm a total unique individual, but turns out if you have about eight categories, you can identify and classify 99.99% of all of the comments, right? It's like, Oh, the human response is not as various as the humans themselves think it is.
