The Breakdown of the IPO Market

Ivan Hoff: Is the IPO market broken? Oh, yes and no. Most likely we will never see again cases like Cisco and Microsoft that went up several hundred times post their IPO. We continue to see some extremely strong IPOs like Twilio and Shopify. I think more and more companies will desire to go public because there are so many benefits of being public.
