The Importance of Recognizing Your Purpose

I've seen a lot of people go through this process. Thinking about money doesn't end up being your purpose later on like you've got to develop other things as much as you like helping people and doing the money thing. It gets to be a point in life you need to pivot away from that. I think one of my biggest cautions to people that are still in the journey of fire just towards retirement in general reiterates exactly what you said. Make sure you recognize the money side is not the goal. It's not your purpose. It's just a means to get there.
