How to Grow a Long Term Partnership
RJ: You're very long term oriented. And I presume that plays into how you've been able to grow the firm over the years in such a consistent manner. How do you look at your relationships with partners internally and externally? JK: If we're building a better company, that is thinking long term and the liquidity vendor, the exit whenever that happens will take care of itself. But never have we turned down a CAPEX request because we were thinking of selling the business.
