Meetu Bhatnagar, Ph.D. is a syndicator, asset manager, investor, and business owner. She is also a Certified Commercial Real Estate Professional licensed in Texas, currently with Coldwell Banker Commercial and have completed CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment member) education.

She started her early career in Medical Research and as an Associate Professor. She did consultation for some time and then pursued her passion to be an Entrepreneur. They did acquisition of a Pre-School licensed for 200 kids and successfully turned it around. They implemented the same strategy as in multifamily business. They did acquisition of a value-add business along with real estate, upgraded the building, bring in better resources, new FF&E and better systems that significantly increased their revenue. They were responsible for managing a team of about 30 employees (3 managers & 27 Teachers).

They started investing in real estate in 2010. Currently, they have invested in about 800 doors. She is a co-sponsor and asset manager in portfolio of 40-million-dollar deal of 418 apartments units in one of the most favorable sub-market of DFW metroplex. They are excited towards their multifamily journey and look forward to connecting with more and more like-minded investors who share same passion towards multifamily investments.
