Is Regulation Really the Solution to the Montana Housing Crisis?

There was a lot of skepticism probably last year at this time that regulations were even the problem. And we have really drove the point home that regulatory reform is a viable strategy for addressing our housing crisis in Montana and elsewhere. We've gone in presenting these maps that, you know, local governments and city councils across the state. And everyone recognizes this is a problem now but the local governments are they're dragging their feet.
