Every single youtuber I found who's blown up become a really big YouTube personality has at least 300 videos published. If you're doing three per week, that's two years of YouTube. So if you approach it with the mentality of like, "I don't need to be grand staff in today, I need to be 1% better by the time I go to sleep tonight" You can get 1% better every single day for two years and something really cool could come out from that.
