How to Slow Down a Child With ADHD

Parents have brought up that when they give their child workbooks, we have students rushing through everything. Are there any tricks or strategies to slow them down as they approach these things? You know, there's a couple of things you can do, but slowing down is really, really tough. I would really focus on completion and not quality.
