Lennon and the Bolsheviks

Lennon knew that they were very much a minority, and he wanted to get out in front of the other leftest groups. The bolsheviks never ted to share power with other leftists who might have more popular support. So it was very important for them not to give the population any other options if they wanted to be on the left. And i think the precarious situation that the bolshevik found themselves in is that they weren't willing to adopt maybe a more moderate posture.
