The company is committed to providing equitable access to STEM medication and opportunities for those groups that might not have the same level of access as others. We are in a very traditional industry where if I can share just a number as our job is actually lifting equipment and a lot of service activity, we have a 5% of gender share in the industry,. which is really very low. For us, really is better to have a talent within the organization and to have diverse talent but we have decided actually to have this statement within our vision. The 40 strategy includes transforming, so having the creativity and innovation spirit and sharing ideas, which at the end means talent.
