Colleen: Some days I'm going to have a bad day and it's okay. You're setting yourself up for failure, don't be harsh on yourself. What works for me at 48 is entirely different than 38 and 28 and so on. Listen to your body. Find a practitioner or a group of people you really trust with your health. Be skeptical of what you see online. Most people have biases and try to be aware of your own process. We're like the conductor of your healthcare orchestra. And we say that means being educated and empowering yourself to make the right decision.
