A a d c u has been filing and involved in a number of legal cases, but also is involved in organizing workers for their rights. So i wonder what you see as the importance of having both strategies on the go at once. I just want to give you a brief background. My father come from packiston, back here in the uk. In the 19 sixties, he was a migrant worker who could hardly speak english. He was a factory worker. A lot of people working in the factory were all from similar background to him, pacastany migrants that hardly spoke english. And the unions at the time did a great job in er making sure that they weren't being discriminated
