The Problem With the Obstruction Charges
The question always when you try to influence a tribunal is have you done it corruptly. He's going to run into that problem because a lot of what Trump did is constitutionally protected activity. So I think he's going to have big problems with those counts. The obstruction counts are problematic because everybody is allowed to try to influence Congress, including the president.
