It's amazing to think like when I first started we thought we were cool because we're doing muscle biopsy and mission glycogen and maybe lactate and ATP. Then you have these incredibly mechanistic studies and the question will be asked well does someone run faster then or do you think it's my health change so you really can't win yeah. It's just amazing how far it's developedYeah Western Ontario has a number in some ways it's not unlike Melbourne where there's a cluster of very good exercise physiology laboratories. Southern Ontario has sort of evolved that way as well but there's probably six or eight schools now within about a 200 kilometer radius that are are well regarded for their exercise
