The Importance of Humility in Saint Bonaventure's Life
The first thing Bonaventure did as minister general of the Franciscan order was to send out a letter to all the Franciscans. The humility in his personal life I think flowed out his devotion to Christ and his desire to see everything through Christ. He's not as famous at theologian as Thomas Aquinas because of it. Still, hundreds of years later.
