Are We Burning Ourself Down?

The people who have the most skin in the game are often the victims of unconscious bias. The perpetuators are very often either the ones who haven't done the work and don't really recognize it or are so entrenched that they intentionally perpetuate it. So ultimately we do have to work on the individual because that's where it all starts.
