Is There a Way to Fix Facebook's Privacy Problem?

I feel like we're in a very unsatisfying place when it comes to privacy. Like there's no question that Uber treats your drivers like crap but the I think the way to fix it is not to your go on to Uber it's like to look at the system and fix the system exactly exactly.
