The Elastic Polymer and the Impermeability of the Polymer

An alloy of gallium and indium is liquid at room temperature. They put that liquid metal inside of a polymer, an elastic polymer. So you have the elasticity of the polymer and the impermeability of the liquid metal. Now this isn't a cheap solution to this, but they said it's not that crazy expensive.
