I find great hope in the science of implicit bias. It's also just us understanding our brains. I i think that what's freeing about it is liberating, because it takes it away from personal. This is not personal. And a cat system is a structure that we have inherited, that we did not create, that we don't there's no point in pointing fingers about it,. but it's something that we recognizing it is the first step toward toward dismantling it....
