Tutankhamun's Tomb Reflects Ancient Egypt
Tutankhamun's tomb is a little time capsule of one moment in ancient Egyptian history. There are things there that are absolutely reminiscent of his time. He was buried with flint knives, which were almost identical to the flint knives manufactured 3,000 years before Tutankhamun in the Stone Age. So in some senses, it's a snapshot in time. In others, it casts light on the whole phenomenon of ancient Egypt.
