If you ever turned over a bag of sweet potato fries or french fries from the grocery store, it is laden with chemicals that doesn't even counthe canola oil. For two months, no alcohol, limit going out to eat. If you need quick and easy, go to chick fillet and get the unbreaded chicken nuggets or non bread ed chicken sandwich and toss the bun. Go to chapole and get a bowl instead of the big barido. There are plenty places that you can eat that is clean, that you can still focus on protein,. You can still eliminate gluten, but you're still eating out.
