The Queen's Speech

The Queen speech takes place once a year and is read by the sitting monarch. She delivers it in her signature shrill monotone, which is of course the way all words should sound. John: I think we're still waiting for confirmation of whether the Queen goes to the House of Commons or House of Lords. All we can say is that whoever turns out to be right is going to take that victory with very little grace.
