I think the only way to give them an institutional answer immediately is with something milar with the european confederation. My idea is to have the 27 plus the nine candidates, if they wish, potential candidates,. Of course, i know very well there's the problem of serbia and cosovo still there. These two are two out of nine. It is impossible to say no to immediate accession a european union. They can only be candidates. But frankly speaking, the status of candidates is not a status that changes your life. We had a lot of candidates in the past. Even turkey was candidate for a long periodand this is why i think this creativity is needed
